We provide a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- No pages have been printed for the order.
- No address have been printed on the envelope for the order.
Non-Refundable Items/services
Certain types of products are exempt from being refunded. These include:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance product/service
If your refund is accepted, we’ll provide a full refund.
Returns
